I need some advice!
I just got some (amazing) new running kicks (Mizuno Wave Inspire 9) and now I need some new running/workout leggings. My old ones just looked so sad and worn next to my shiny new footgear.
Comfy and non-bunching are high on the wish list, but most importantly, they can’t show sweat! Not that I anticipate any swamp-ass moments in my future, but a girl can’t be too careful!
I’ve narrowed my choices down to three:
1. Under Armour Cold Gear Fitted Leggings ($49.99)
3. Lululemon Wunder Unders ($82.00)
I’ve read tons of great reviews (and a few bad ones) about each pair. I’m leaning towards the Nike’s (since the Under Armour pair might be too warm in a gym setting and the Lululemon’s are technically for yoga). Anyone have these and can comment on the flexibility between running and cross-training?
On a slightly more frivolous note, my Mom got me a ZOKU!!!

I got a beautiful, green, leathery, super grown-up Valentine’s gift today.

Joe is one of my favorite Richmond bartenders, and now he’s also one of my favorite sub-tenders. This place debuted a few months ago and it’s open til 4am and it’s amaze balls.
So next time you’re on Main St. in Richmond and you need a late night sandwich fix (with chips and organic grapefruit soda, natch) you should totally go to Uptown Market and Deli (which I affectionately refer to as “Zep’s”).
This is not your average Subway/Mojo’s/Jimmy John’s. This shiz is good.
